Wheelchair controlled by tongue

 This video at cnn.com shows how Georgia Tech has created a “Tongue Drive System” for power wheelchairs.  This system could be potentially beneficial to quadriplegics, because the nerves that control the tongue are connected directly to the brain.

Disabled Actors in the Entertainment Industry

It discusses how some advocacy groups are arguing that actors with disabilities should be cast for disabled roles on TV shows.  Yet, some disabled actors face “discrimination in the workplace.”
